As our Director of Marketing and Customer Growth, you will be responsible for leading and driving initiatives to accelerate customer adoption and enterprise sales and ensure that Neara meets its customer and revenue goals.

As part of this you will be required to:

  • Cultivate close alignment between marketing and product, particularly with reference to the transition of the product to a self-service style solution offering.

  • Support our revenue goals through marketing and customer growth activities, demonstrating a clear bell curve in the revenue model.

  • Provide marketing-led input into the best approach when it comes to onboarding and training of customers.

  • Work with the sales team to analyze and improve marketing systems and processes particularly with a view to improve the sales funnel (inbound lead generation) as well as minimize sales cycles.

  • Work with the marketing team on the evolution of product trials on our website, demos, marketing collateral and related content.

  • Work closely with a key set of stakeholders and subject matter experts to bring marketing initiatives to life and ensure that all content is aligned with industry best practices.

Job requirements


You’re a senior product and growth marketing leader with demonstrated achievements in establishing and evolving the marketing function within early-stage enterprise B2B SaaS organizations (or similar). You know exactly which levers to pull in order to improve inbound lead generation and reduce the time to close through marketing activities. In addition to this, you’ve successfully worked alongside product and subject matter experts to develop smart, compelling and user-centric marketing collateral.

You’re a problem solver, a doer and a collaborator who loves the challenge of creating amazing marketing processes and content to drive sales and user engagement. You’re also comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and contributing to broader marketing activities as part of a small, close knit and high-performing marketing function.

You have a college degree in marketing (or a related field) and you’ve had experience in various areas of marketing such as SEO, content generation, social media, events, digital, product and growth. Finally, you’re an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing.
